FITNESS UNITED offers classes to help strengthen your core, while working out the muscles in a new challenging manner. Thereby, offering a platform for people of all fitness levels to progress at their pace while having their limits pushed.
Throughout the year "Fitness United" Team members organize day and weekend outings (cross country skiing, snowshoeing, trail running, hiking, etc), to add variety and exposure to outdoor activities. Clients are encouraged to step out of their day to day activity and experience life on a new level.
